BREE HANNA

LPHC-SEPT-45.jpg

Director, Physiotherapist + Group Instructor

Delighted boy mum x 2 (yes, more boys!), keen runner, pilates enthusiast, ocean lover, & tea drinker.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Professional Certificate in the conservative management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse.

Bree was drawn to Physiotherapy by her philosophy that, to move well is to live well. Over the years that passion led her to develop a skillset to help both men and women achieve their health and wellness goals. Completing additional learning and experience in the field of women's health, later going on to complete a professional certificate in the conservative management of pelvic organ prolapse. She’s no stranger to supporting a pelvic floor. But she’s passionate about ensuring you are seen for more than your pelvic floor, and prides herself on pairing her extensive women's health, musculoskeletal, and pilates experience to achieve a holistic, patient centered approach to achieving your goals. From returning to running postpartum or being able to lift the grandchildren, she’s there to guide you every step of the way.

She is driven to empower all, no matter your goals, or stage of journey. From pregnancy, birth, the fourth trimester and through to the challenges that can come with menopause and aging, she’ll challenge you and support you, all in a nurturing, fun and joyful way.

Fun fact - Bree’s never had a sip of coffee! (Yay, that means one extra cup for Gen or Tash!)

Expertise: Clinical Pilates and rehabilitation, dry needling, pregnancy and antenatal exercise, musculoskeletal concerns, postpartum recovery and return to running, abdominal separation, incontinence and bladder concerns, prolapse and pessary fittings, and mastitis.
