Tash is on an important, but seemingly simple quest to help all women discover the best version of themselves through every season of womanhood.

After uncovering a burning desire to challenge society's expectations of women (and their bodies!) Tash has spent the predominant part of her career working exclusively in women's health, under the mentorship of industry experts.

It’s simple to say, women's health isn’t just her bread and butter, it’s her jam!

Tash has developed a comprehensive level of expertise in women's health, from support during pregnancy, birth and beyond; to more complex women's health conditions including OASI management and complex bowel conditions, bladder pain and dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prolapse and pessaries, and chronic pelvic pain.

Tash spent the early years of her career working in musculoskeletal physio, working in sports including football, netball, and baseball. She forever draws on these skills to provide a well rounded approach to anyone who walks through our clinic doors.

Expertise: Complex pelvic floor, prolapse and pessary fittings, incontinence, antenatal care and birth preparation, postnatal checks, OASI management, and bowel disorders, sexual pain, chronic pelvic pain, postmenopausal pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy pelvic girdle pain, abdominal muscle separation, pilates and strength training, mastitis and more.
