Physiotherapist

Kath has an extensive background working with men and women across both community and hospital settings. She finds real joy in supporting people through recovery during and after some of the most challenging times in their lives. With a focus on building comfort and confidence in movement and exercise, including strength and resistance training. Kath believes everyone can experience the benefits of feeling strong and steady on their feet.

Having completed additional training in women’s health, Kath is dedicated to helping people feel confident, capable, and at home in their ever-changing bodies. She has a strong interest in antenatal care and birth preparation, supporting women through pregnancy-related pain, abdominal muscle separation, and OASI management, as well as guiding safe and effective postnatal recovery. Kath also has experience working with women undergoing gynaecological surgery, providing practical, individualised care that fits real life.

Kath’s diverse clinical experience also includes orthopaedic and paediatric care, vestibular rehabilitation, cancer and fatigue management, and amputee rehabilitation. With significant experience supporting people of varied abilities, and a Certificate IV in Disability, she provides tailored care for those living with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities.
