AMBER GROSE

IMG_3461_edited.jpg

Physiotherapist

Avid runner, almond latte lover, and endometriosis advocate.

Masters of Physiotherapy

Amber joins us with a passion for women’s health — particularly pelvic pain — and a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, making her well-placed to support our community in feeling strong, confident, and at home in their bodies.

After completing her Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders University in 2020, Amber has gained experience across sports, musculoskeletal, acute care, and women’s health. She has also completed advanced training in pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, and functional movement, and is currently studying her Cert IV in Sports Nutrition to further expand her knowledge.

Amber is especially passionate about working with women experiencing pelvic pain (hello, endo warriors!) and supporting people in their return to running — whether postnatal or following injury. Her approach is all about meeting you where you’re at and helping you rebuild trust in your body.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Amber running, lifting at the gym, catching up with friends over almond lattes, exploring wineries with her husband, or spending time with her family.
